Operations Systems Manager (San Diego, CA)

Support and manage operational systems for customer reservations, dispatching, allocation management, and financial coordination. Support fleet and driver activity systems for GPS tracking, performance monitoring, idle time analysis, and productivity reporting. Monitor and analyze system data related to bookings, trips, driver activities, and fleet utilization to identify efficiency, cost-reduction, and service improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain system-related process documentation and user procedures. Support system enhancements, configuration updates, and issue resolution with external providers. Ensure system usage aligns with company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Rate of Pay: $96,000 per year.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering Required; M-F, 40
