Operations Systems Manager

San Diego, CA
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 hrs/week
Salary: $96,000/year

Support and manage operational systems for customer reservations, dispatching, allocation management, and financial coordination. Support fleet and driver activity systems, including GPS tracking, performance monitoring, idle time analysis, and productivity reporting. Analyze operational data related to bookings, trips, driver activities, and fleet utilization to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and service improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain system-related process documentation and user procedures.
  • Support system enhancements, configuration updates, and issue resolution with external providers.
  • Ensure system usage aligns with company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or Industrial Engineering required.
